An Invitation: We have an opening for a Part-time, cheerful, team-playing, Administrative Assistant who brings good office and organizational skills into a 'boutique' Family Office. This is an ideal position for a sharp, organizer, with a lovely personality and an appetite for learning, who has diverse interests and skills, and is available for up to 30 hours/week. It is a wonderful learning environment for the right person.

Description: This candidate will support our company Executive and outside accounting firm at our newly remodeled Corporate Office on Main Street in Los Altos, supporting administrative functions for our diversified business and start-up operations, while diligently handling all related business tasks that support our very interesting complement of activities. Responsibilities include Standard Office Administration, Corporate Procedures, Material handling (Mail/Banking/Digital and Records Filing, supporting accounting function, various Technology assignments, Special Tasks, and close coordination among our internal divisions, and our outside affiliates, in association with our CEO's local Business Office in Los Altos Hills.

Our very diverse Business Divisions/Activities Include: Commercial Real Estate, Equine (Olympic Sporthorses), U.S. Nationwide Investments, Bio-Med/Bio-Tech, Southeast AutoPLEX (our Automobile Division), Corporate Consulting, an Internal Insurance Division, Charitable/Academic Philanthropies, Estate Planning, and Family Trusts.


Requirements: Articulate (English), Cheerful, Personable, Diplomatic. Intelligent, Bright and Quick-minded, Capable, Energetic, Speedy/Efficient. Personal qualities: Dedicated, Committed, Reliable, Self-Disciplined, High Integrity, Loyal, very responsible, Well-Organized, Business-capable and/or business-experienced. Applicant will have a healthy appetite for Education (College student or graduate), be a Quick-learner, and be smoothly efficient and able to balance priorities as an effective Multi-tasking Team Player.
