Essential Functions
Lead store operations, including merchandising, workflows, sanitation, and customer experience.
Develop systems for operational excellence in cash management, food safety, inventory, and employee performance.
Support HR functions: training, coaching, motivation, feedback, and retention.
Assist Manager with scheduling and staffing while managing budgets.
Ensure POS systems run smoothly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Provide performance reports for management.
Act as the brand advocate, sharing the company's vision and products with consumers and employees.
