Employment Litigation Associate Tech, Life Sciences & Private Equity

Location: San Francisco or Silicon Valley

Our AmLaw 100 client is doubling down on its investment in the future of employment law. The firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate (2020-2023 JD) to join its powerhouse Employment Practice, serving a portfolio of top-tier clients in tech, life sciences, and private equity.

This isn't your typical back-office litigation gig. You'll be diving headfirst into high-stakes trade secret and employee mobility cases, PAGA and wage & hour class actions, founder blowups, and headline-grabbing single-plaintiff harassment suits. Expect to handle pre-litigation strategy and go toe-to-toe with regulatory agencies.

If you know your way around restrictive covenant agreements, employment contracts, and separation deals-or you've advised on M&A from the employment side-you're already ahead of the curve. Day-to-day client counseling on terminations, policy reviews, and discrimination claims will be a regular part of your practice.

What You Bring:

• 1 to 4 years of solid employment litigation and counseling experience
• JD from a top-tier law school
• Stellar writing and interpersonal skills
• California bar admission (or the ability to gain it quickly)
