Max Base Salary : $80,000
Must Haves:
• 5 years+ of experience in video conferencing and audio-visual support
• Comprehensive knowledge of various conferencing standards and systems, including Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms, 1 Beyond, BiAmp, and QSC DSPs.
• Skilled in maintaining and operating videoconferencing and audio-visual facilities, including installations and system administration.
• Expertise in managing and deploying on-site spares inventory and performing call setups and problem determination.
• Proficient in providing training and support to users and coordinating activities with other facilities.
Day to Day:
• Provide video conferencing and audio-visual support: Assist users with setting up and troubleshooting video conferencing and audio-visual equipment.
• Manage on-site spares inventory: Ensure that spare parts and equipment are available and properly maintained.
• Perform call setups and problem determination: Set up calls and diagnose issues such as defective microphones or control systems, and perform necessary updates or component swaps.
• Maintain and operate facilities: Oversee the maintenance, operations, and administration of video conferencing and audio-visual systems according to client standards.
• Install hardware: Set up small or portable videoconference and non-integrated audio-visual hardware as needed.
• Provide training and support: Train users on how to operate video conferencing and audio-visual systems and offer ongoing support.
Compensation :
$80,000/ year
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
