Are you a detail-oriented and bilingual communicator who enjoys keeping things organized and on track? We’re looking for a Bilingual Appointment Confirmation Specialist to join our Sales Support Team! In this role, you’ll help ensure that all of our client appointments are accurate, confirmed, and on schedule.

You’ll connect with clients over the phone and by message to verify appointment details, make rescheduling changes, and ensure our CRM stays updated and clean. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your work directly supports company growth, we want to meet you!

• Confirm upcoming client appointments via phone and messaging
• Verify key details such as date, time, and sales rep assigned
• Reschedule appointments when necessary, with urgency and accuracy
• Record updates and confirmations in our CRM (Salesforce)
• Coordinate with sales and telemarketing teams to prevent appointment conflicts
• Track cancellations, no-shows, and check-ins for reporting
  
   

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) – Required
• Great communication skills, especially by phone
• Highly organized and detail-driven
• Customer-focused mindset with a goal-oriented approach
• Comfortable with CRM tools or eager to learn (Salesforce preferred)
• Willing to work weekends and flexible shifts as needed
