Whether visiting one of our Shops, ordering from our ecommerce kitchen, or finding a bag in the snack aisle at your local grocery store – we’re ready to share the Handcrafted Happiness®!

We’re looking to hire a team of energetic, passionate individuals to help share our story, drive brand love in the Chicagoland market and introduce consumers to our Ready-To-Eat (RTE) product line.

Position Summary:

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Garrett Popcorn at events, retail demos, and in the field. Your primary role is to create memorable and authentic brand experiences that educate, excite, and convert consumers. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand at in-store demos, events, festivals, and other consumer-facing activations
• Set up and tear down branded displays and sampling stations
• Educate consumers on product benefits, ingredients, and brand values
• Drive trial and conversion through engaging, knowledgeable, and persuasive interactions
• Collect consumer feedback and report on demo/event performance
• Support local retail accounts with merchandising or promotional needs as directed

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in brand ambassadorship, field marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Highly reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods

· Must be able to work between 20-30 hours per week; available nights / weekends as needed

• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

· Strong work ethic, positive, energetic attitude

Compensation: The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $18 - $25 based on experience
