14138 - Business Operations Analyst (onsite) - Juno Beach, FL
Start Date : ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration :6 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
• Availability to work 100 % of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in business analysis, operations, or a similar field (3-5 years);
• Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Conduct operational analyses of moderate to complex scope to support informed decision-making within the business unit.
• Assist in medium to large special projects, ensuring deliverables are met under the guidance of senior analysts or supervisors.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research to gather, interpret, and evaluate data for business insights.
• Design, document, and modify processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
• Develop and produce reports that present findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Apply standardized tools, methods, and analytical techniques to ensure consistency and accuracy in business analysis activities.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and supervisors to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
