Whether you have daytime availability, evenings, or weekends—we have shifts to fit your schedule! Shift Availability: * All days and times, with an urgent need for daytime coverage (weekdays and weekends). Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of professional elderly caregiving experience.
• PCA/HHA/CNA certification is a big plus!
• A valid driver’s license and insured automobile.
• A genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life.
• A willingness to learn new skills and grow within the caregiving role.
• High level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients.
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments as needed.
• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as transfers, bathing, feeding, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure proper medication adherence.
• Collaborate with clients’ care teams to provide updates on health and changes in condition.
