CNC EDM Wire Machinist – 2nd Shift (Churubusco, IN)\n

Pay: Up to $32/hour (DOE) + 10% 2nd shift differential
Shift: 2nd Shift (No mandatory overtime)

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Set up and operate Wire EDM machines to cut complex shapes from conductive materials.
\n
• Write and modify CNC programs for precision part fabrication.
\n
• Install fixtures, prepare equipment, and run production jobs.
\n
• Inspect and measure finished parts using precision gauges and indicators.
\n
• Troubleshoot machine/part quality issues to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
\n
• Perform preventative maintenance on Wire EDM machines.
\n

Required Skills & Knowledge\n

\n
• Hands-on experience with Wire EDM CNC machines .
\n
• CNC programming and operation proficiency.
\n
• Strong mechanical and machine tool knowledge.
\n
• High attention to detail with ability to hold tight tolerances.
\n
• Skilled at interpreting complex engineering drawings/blueprints.
\n
• Understanding of conductive materials and machining principles.
\n

Physical Requirements\n

\n
• Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
\n
• Stand for extended periods.
\n
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, and climb.
\n
• 20/20 vision with correction.
\n
