From Mar Recruitment, a consulting firm specialized in the Oil & Gas sector, we are looking for a Customs Broker for an important client in the industry. The selected candidate will be working in a land-based logistics base located at the port, near an offshore platform in Texas, United States.
Mission
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all customs documentation and compliance processes for goods and equipment transported to and from offshore locations such as platforms, vessels, or free zones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and submit customs documentation for international shipments.
• Handle import/export declarations and ensure timely customs clearance.
• Coordinate logistics for the dispatch of cargo to offshore installations.
• Ensure compliance with customs and maritime regulations.
• Liaise with customs agents, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and customs management systems.
• Follow up on inspections, permits, and regulatory approvals.
