Position serves dual roles supporting the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences' Graduate Education (PhD and MS Programs) and Faculty and Staff Affairs. The Program Coordinator supports the school's administrative and operational excellence goals by providing coordination and support to faculty, staff, students, and external constituents.
The Program Coordinator plans and supports student engagement opportunities, seminars, graduation initiatives, and coordinates signature program events; and conducts program reviews and generate reports with faculty directors. This role aims to support the Program Director and Program Manager in development of students' research experiences, job placement, and advancement into clinical practice, academia, and industry. This role will assist with the coordination and processing of GRA/GTA/GAA Positions. This person assists with orientation, recruitment, retention and yield activities for the MS and PhD programs. Position supports the faculty and graduate students of the HRS PhD and HRS MS programs with travel arranging, procurement, and general administrative needs.
Program Coordinator supports the school's Faculty and Staff Affairs for processes related to faculty hiring, onboarding, mentoring, annual review, and professional development: compiling reports, managing calendars, completing travel arrangements, initiating Workday transactions such as Requisitions, Spend Authorizations and Expense Reports, creating or modifying presentations and spreadsheets, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and responding to correspondence. Position will support collection of data and creation of reporting and event/program planning. The position will work directly with the School's Director of Faculty and Staff Affairs office.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

In addition to the hard-skills, this candidate will be able to interface well with students, faculty, staff and leadership in a way that positively represents the programs.
