The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is the U.S. Government agency in charge of designing, building, launching, and maintaining Americas intelligence satellites.

What You'll Do

• Provide Administrative support to government office leads and government /contractor staff
• Manage calendars, process visitor requests, make travel arrangements, edit correspondences
• Process material/supply requests and prepare staff packages
• Track, file, and close Tracking Information & Enterprise Response (TIER) actions
• Assigning, coordinating, consolidating and evaluating group responses in order to present a polished, timely and accurate client products
• Coordinate with the Program Records Officer(s)
• Support the establishment & maintenance configuration control plans for decision documents, directives, work plans, governance, and strategic artifacts
• Assist office in accomplishing events, functions, providing backup and completing personnel actions as required

Desired Skills

• Bachelors and/or applicable experience supporting IC leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, TIER and/or SAP experience
• Previous Westfield's or other IC Exec Admin experience
