Professional Highlights:

• Full-spectrum general pediatrics in a hospital-employed setting
• Productive, efficient clinic with 2+ experienced RNs per provider
• Nurses room patients and begin H&P to maximize physician efficiency
• Inpatient service coverage at a community-owned hospital located adjacent to the clinic
• 1:3 call rotation; average inpatient census of 2 newborns and 1 inpatient
• Collaborate with a busy OB/GYN group delivering 300+ babies annually
• Attend C-sections, round on newborns, and perform common pediatric procedures
• Base salary of $325K plus productivity bonus structure
• Robust benefits package, relocation assistance, and $25,000 sign-on bonus
• Target compensation of $390K+ annually
