Founded in 2021 by Josh Leyva and Tyler McCann, the brand continues to scale rapidly across e-commerce and retail channels.

Role Overview:

Taste Salud is seeking a highly detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This person will play a key role in designing packaging, print collateral, and digital assets that bring the brand to life across retail, e-commerce, and marketing channels. The ideal candidate has experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), with a strong preference for those who have worked in the supplements or beverage space. This role requires precision, creativity, and a strong grasp of file setup for production.

You are meticulous when it comes to details. You have a trained eye for typography, layout, and alignment, and you take pride in preparing flawless files for both print and digital output. You thrive in fast-paced environments, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy balancing creative design work with production responsibilities. You understand the unique challenges of CPG design and know how to navigate dielines, packaging specs, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Design packaging, print materials, and digital assets across multiple product lines
• Finalize dielines and production-ready files with 100% accuracy
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to translate brand strategy into visual solutions
• Create conversion-focused ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Work closely with vendors, printers, and supply chain to ensure smooth file delivery and execution
• Maintain organization of design files, assets, and progress within project management tools

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of professional design experience, ideally in CPG
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience preparing files for packaging, especially in the supplements or beverage space
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Amazon asset creation or e-commerce packaging design
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management platforms
• Ability to contribute to both creative concepting and execution

Work Environment:

This is a fully remote position. Occasional travel may be required for press checks, special projects, or team gatherings.
