A well-known landscaping company in the area is actively hiring Landscapers to join their maintenance crews . These are temp-to-hire roles that come with great long-term benefits and the opportunity to stay busy year-round — including steady winter work for those interested.
We’re hiring for both Crew Member and Crew Leader roles across multiple locations throughout the area.
Positions & Pay:
Landscapers (Crew Members): $20–$24/hr DOE
Crew Leaders: $23–$26/hr DOE
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lawn mowing, edging, string trimming, and blowing
Pruning, weeding, and landscape bed maintenance
Seasonal clean-ups and mulching
Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
Operating various landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Assisting with snow removal or other winter services (if desired)
What We’re Looking For:
Crew Members:
Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is a plus (but not required)
Good work ethic, dependability, and ability to work outdoors in all conditions
Team-oriented and able to follow directions
Crew Leaders:
1–2+ years of landscape maintenance experience preferred
Ability to lead a crew and manage job sites
Strong communication and time management skills
Valid driver’s license preferred
