At Empower, our Legal Operations team is the engine behind a more efficient, scalable, and innovative Legal department. As the Legal Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the systems, tools, and processes that help our Legal and business teams work smarter and faster. Reporting to the Director of Legal Operations, you'll partner across departments to drive meaningful improvements, streamline workflows, and support the team's growth. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and excited to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
