Medical Record Reviewer

**Location:** Remote (Eastern Time Zone preferred)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with unpaid lunch)
**Compensation:** $10/hour
**Reports to:** Chief Operating Officer
**Start Date:** Immediate

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Medical Record Reviewer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing scanned medical records, identifying errors, and collaborating with management to ensure all records are accurate and complete. Once finalized, records will be uploaded into our shared document storage system. This is a fully remote position, with preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Review scanned medical records for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify errors or inconsistencies and work with management to resolve them.
• Upload finalized medical records into the designated shared document storage system.
• Work primarily within our EMR system, eClinicalWorks (ECW).
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company policies at all times.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

**Required:**

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good computer skills and comfort with electronic systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET.

**Preferred:**

• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (ECW) or other EMR systems.
• Previous experience handling medical records or working in a healthcare setting.
• Based in the Eastern Time Zone.
