Patients often wait longer, pay more, and struggle to retrieve records of their imaging, which ultimately leads to worsened outcomes and negative experiences.Medmo is a new type of healthcare marketplace that gives consumers the freedom to easily access medical imaging services from accredited healthcare providers in their area. By creating the connective tissue between top imaging centers and providers, we ensure our patients receive affordable, high-quality care while our imaging partners improve the efficiency of their centers.We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe/Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our operations teams to accurately review medical data in our proprietary system, support our patient operations functions, and provide valuable feedback to our engineering team. ResponsibilitiesSupport quality control workflows in our proprietary system to support our patient operations functionsReview referrals for accuracy and errors to ensure they can be processed correctlyCollaborate across our patient operations function to ensure the successful processing of all radiology referralsAssist with administrative duties Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulationsQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredHealthcare, clinical or other relevant industry experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with EHR platforms a plusAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracySelf-starter that has grit and is ready to roll up your sleevesHyper-organized across all elements of your day-to-dayMaster multi-tasker and stay confident under pressureStrong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and processes quicklyStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe hourly range for this position is $17 - $21.
