Role Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. This full-time role will involve assisting clients in purchasing or refinancing homes, providing tailored loan solutions, performing underwriting assessments, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire lending journey. This hybrid position offers flexibility with remote work options available.

Key Responsibilities:
Personalized Loan Recommendations: Understand clients' needs and guide them toward the best loan options for purchasing or refinancing their homes.
Underwriting Assessments: Evaluate client qualifications and conduct thorough underwriting to ensure loan eligibility.
Client Support: Provide ongoing guidance, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience for clients throughout the lending process.
Compliance and Documentation: Keep accurate records and maintain compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address client issues and meet deadlines efficiently.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest mortgage products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to best serve clients.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in the mortgage industry.
Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
