High-Ticket Sales Specialist

Job Type: Part-Time (2025 hrs/week)
Work Hours: MondayThursday, 3:00 PM8:00 PM MST | Friday, 3:00 PM6:00 PM MST

Compensation

• ~$1,000 paid training (~50 hours, includes self-paced and live sessions)
• Commission-only post-training
• On-target earnings: $48,000$64,000 annually (Part-Time)
• No cap on commission

What Youll Be Doing

• Pitch and close high-intent, pre-set appointments (no cold calling)
• Follow up with leads and manage a personal sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate CRM records during or immediately after calls
• Hit monthly performance metrics including close rate and revenue per pitch

What Success Looks Like

• 35%+ close rate
• Average sale: $5,700
• Dollar per pitch: $2,350
• High-quality CRM inputs
• Consistent follow-ups and pipeline activity

What Were Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years in a phone or Zoom-based B2C closing role
• Experience closing high-ticket ($3,000+) offers
• Currently working in a sales role with defined KPIs
• Must have earned at least 50% of your income from commission in the last full year
• No more than 3 roles in the past 5 years (2 preferred), with at least one role held for 2+ years
• CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Clear communicator with an extroverted, confident phone presence
• Follows call flows or scripts and accepts feedback/coaching

Tech & Tools Experience

• Phone/Zoom closings with objection handling
