Payroll Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees
• Maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Manage deductions, benefits, and garnishments in accordance with company policies
• Prepare and submit payroll reports for management and auditors including certified payroll
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Stay updated on payroll best practices and regulatory changes

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
