Team Member Role and Responsibilities
As a BaySport Physical Therapist at our Los Gatos clinic, you’ll work in a modern, open-space environment designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and high-quality care. You’ll join a dedicated, close-knit team that prioritizes patient outcomes, teamwork, and a welcome atmosphere for both staff and patients.
Our clinic specializes in the prevention and treatment of sports and general orthopedics. Each member of our staff is carefully selected for their professional and dedicated to high principles and standards of practice. There is a strong emphasis on providing a safe, calm, and friendly environment for everyone who enters our facility, employees and patients alike. Therapists have access to a complete line of cardiovascular and strength equipment, Pilates apparatus, and more, to develop creative, effective, individualized treatment plans.
