This Registered Nurse position requires a minimum of two years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, including travel experience. The role involves providing skilled nursing care within a Med-Surg unit, utilizing Meditech charting. The position offers a guaranteed minimum of 24 hours per week, with potential for up to 36 hours.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical unit.
- Utilizing Meditech electronic health record system for charting.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assessing patient conditions and documenting findings.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Performing patient assessments.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Participating in patient education.
- Responding to patient needs and requests.
- Travel between facilities as needed.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of two years of Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience.
- Travel nursing experience.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Special Considerations:
- 24 hours guaranteed per week, with possibility of 36 hours.
- Meditech charting system experience.
- COVID-19 vaccination is highly recommended but not required.
Scheduling:
- 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM shift.
