Residential Interior Designer job at Placement By Design Dallas, TX, US

Job Description

Award-winning high-profile architecture + Interior Design firm is seeking a talented and creative early career Interior Designer for their office in Dallas, TX to work on custom high-end residential projects.
The successful candidate must be polished, professional, self-motivated, driven, and organized.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Work under Senior Interior Designer on projects in all phases of interiors projects including programming, space planning, design development, construction documentation & construction administration
Drafting to include interior elevations.
Assist with procurement for projects.
Manage multiple projects and schedules
Introduce current design concepts and workplace strategies to clients
Present design concepts, materials and furniture to clients

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Interior Design
1-3 years’ experience in high end residential design
Excellent leadership, management, communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with Autocad required.
Ability to draft interior elevations.
Procurement experience.
Experience in Sketchup, Adobe Suites Preferred
