The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Safety and have experience ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. The role involves risk assessments, training, incident investigations, and maintaining a culture of safety across multiple projects. Responsibilities: Conduct site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. Develop, implement, and update safety policies and training programs. Investigate accidents, document incidents, and implement corrective actions. Lead safety meetings and promote a proactive safety culture. Ensure OSHA compliance and stay updated on safety regulations. Qualifications: Master's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field. 3+ years of safety experience in construction or similar industries. OSHA 30-hour certification required; additional safety certifications a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
