Your Responsibilities:

• Efficiently receive and process incoming freight, ensuring smooth stockroom operations and omnichannel fulfillment.
• Replenish sales floor inventory based on demand and seasonal changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and providing assistance with products and services, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Implement all product protection standards to maintain a secure shopping environment.
• Partake in training new hires about Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures as guided by store leadership.

Required Skills:

• A strong commitment to customer service with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
• No prior retail experience is necessary.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail or service industries.

Compensation: Pay ranges from $16.50 to $23.85.
