Senior Personal Banker

Position Summary:

• Provide outstanding customer service to banking customers with high expectations to go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
• Maximize customer sales opportunities by cross-selling accounts and financial services as appropriate.
• Expand portfolio relationships with high-value banking customers by consistent profiling of appropriate customers, utilizing sales processes and behaviors to identify customers who have the potential for added value relationships, evaluating customers’ financial needs, and recommending solutions.
• Open new bank accounts including IRA accounts.
• Provide information on consumer loan products; quote rates to callers and accurately take consumer loan applications, closing loans accurately.
• Refer investment and mortgage loan customers to appropriate branch personnel.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years banking experience with demonstrated success achieving sales goals
• Minimum of high school diploma required, college degree (business or related field) preferred
• Must be available to work every other Saturday morning
