\nRN - Tele Float Pool
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Float between all Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units at Chandler and Mercy Gilbert campuses
\n• Must be able to titrate cardiac drips including Amio, Cardene, Nitro, Heparin, and Dobutamine
\n• Required to pass dysrhythmia exam prior to signing contract (maximum 2 attempts within 48 hours of offer)
\n• Must pass Sim Lab assessment on first day of orientation
\n• Patient ratios range from 1:3-4 on telemetry units to 1:4 on medical-surgical units
\n• Notification of campus and unit assignment given 1.5 hours prior to shift start
\n• May float between campuses mid-shift (9 miles apart, 15-minute drive)
\n• Must be able to interpret EKGs and work with centralized telemetry monitoring
\n• Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period
\n• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
\n• Navy scrubs required
\n• 2-day floor-specific orientation for each unit
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
\n• Care for patients including post-cardiac procedures, neurosurgical patients, orthopedic cases, and general medical-surgical conditions
\n• No pediatric patients (15 years and older only)
\n• Charting system: Cerner

The facility operates multiple campuses and maintains 24/7 respiratory therapy and pharmacy services.
