This is a full-time, on-site position for an Upholsterer/Seamstress at our facility in Fort Worth, TX. The primary responsibilities include performing upholstery work on wheelchair seating and accessories, sewing custom-made cushions and covers, and assembling fabric and materials for wheelchair products. The individual will work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality craftsmanship, using sewing machines and special tools with an emphasis on precision and customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Upholstery and Seating techniques
• Experience in Sewing, including using industrial sewing machines
• Knowledge of Tapestry and Furniture applications
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customization and working with precise measurements is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
