Overview Job Title: UX Researcher | Location: Remote Responsibilities Lead research initiatives for both internal and external product experiences, ensuring they meet high-quality standards. Conduct diverse studies, including ethnographic research, surveys, and statistical analysis, to gather comprehensive insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research questions and inform decision-making processes. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to set research goals and timelines. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across the organization. Facilitate workshops and activities to align cross-functional teams. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Proficiency in statistical analysis and SQL queries. Experience with research vendors and conducting primary and secondary research. Strong track record of delivering impactful insights in complex problem areas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality or deadlines. Bonuses Degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction or Psychology. Coding or scripting abilities. Experience with cross-cultural and international research. Expertise in accessibility research methods. Creative storytelling and workshop design skills.
