Job Description

Were looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys helping a business run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll support our daily operations, handle administrative tasks, and communicate with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments

  • Handle data entry, research, and document organization

  • Assist with social media posting and basic content updates

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes

  • Communicate professionally with clients and partners

  • Support special projects and general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Must be based in the United States
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and project management software (Asana, Trello, etc.)
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with social media management or basic design (Canva, Buffer, etc.)

  • Bookkeeping or invoicing experience

  • Customer support or CRM familiarity
