Visual Project Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative, fast-paced team at a leading organization. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to make an immediate contribution.

All content will be provided, and you will be responsible for creating concise operational guides in PowerPoint, tailored for internal teams and front-line staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and assemble polished presentation decks for internal teams and front-line users.
  • Manage project timelines and track progress using tools such as Excel to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain an organized repository of completed decks for easy access and distribution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate information related to operational standards across various areas.
  • Create clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations that help standardize processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of guides, training resources, and process documentation to support consistent operations and knowledge sharing.

Enjoy a casual dress code, work with dynamic and high-energy team members, and gain valuable business skills. This is a 3-month contract position in the Atlanta area. The team operates in a hybrid model, combining both remote and in-office work.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and document formatting skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content rewording
  • Experience producing clean, visually appealing PowerPoint decks on a weekly basis (no animations exp required)
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
