The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask, manage schedules efficiently, and provide excellent customer service to ensure timely and effective responses to plumbing emergencies. Key Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls from customers regarding plumbing service needs Scheduling and dispatching technicians based on urgency, location, and availability Maintaining clear and timely communication with on-call technicians Updating service orders and customer records in dispatch software Qualifications: Previous dispatching, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Plumbing or trades industry experience a plus Strong communication (verbal, written and listening) and problem-solving skills Comfortable using scheduling and dispatching software (or willing to learn) Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong and reliable internet connection Working laptop/computer Other considerations: **Must live in NY** Compensation: Commission only - $25 per booked, scheduled and completed jobs. Opportunity for growth, additional hours and part-time benefits. Reasonable expectation is $250-$500 (10-20 booked calls) per weekend. This is a remote position.
