The Comedy Shop is looking for a Bartender / Front of House Manager to join our team and help us keep the laughs flowing and the drinks pouring. If youve got the skills to craft the perfect cocktail and the energy to lead a bustling front-of-house, we want to hear from you!
About Us:The Comedy Shop is more than just a comedy clubits a Greenwich Village staple where laughter meets great food and drinks. Open 7 days a week, we offer a full bar, a delicious menu, and a stage for some of the best comedians in the business. Our mission? To create an unforgettable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
What Youll Be Doing:As our Bartender / FOH Manager, youll wear multiple hats to ensure the smooth operation of our club. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting Cocktails : Serve up drinks that are as memorable as the punchlines on stage.
- Managing FOH Operations : Oversee the front-of-house team to ensure top-notch service and a welcoming environment.
- Customer Interaction : Be the friendly face that greets and engages with our guests, ensuring they have an incredible experience.
- Inventory Oversight : Keep tabs on bar supplies and ensure everything is stocked and ready to go.
- Problem Solving : Handle any hiccups with professionalism and a smile.
What Were Looking For:Were seeking someone with:
- 1+ year of experience in bartending or front-of-house management.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong multitasking skills to juggle drinks, customers, and team management.
- A cool head under pressurebecause the show must go on!
- A love for comedy is a bonus, but not required!
