Policies for Hareem Jahangir Arts Academy
1. Admission Policy
• Eligibility: Admission is open to individuals aged 18 and above for all bootcamps.
• Intakes: We have two admission cycles: Spring and Fall.
• Application Process:
• Fill out the admission form by the specified deadline.
• Confirmation: Admission is co firmed upon fee submission and receipt of confirmation email.
2. Fee Policy
• Fees must be paid in full before the first class of the course.
• All fees are non-refundable unless the academy cancels the course.
• Material fees are included in the course fees for in-class use.
3. Attendance Policy
• Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to qualify for course completion certificates.
• Inform the academy of absences in advance. More than two consecutive absences without notice may result in course dismissal.
4. Code of Conduct
• Respect all students, instructors, and staff. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Handle all materials and equipment with care. Damages due to negligence may incur charges.
• Maintain a clean and professional environment. Dispose of waste responsibly and respect shared spaces.
5. Intellectual Property Policy
• Students retain the copyright of their artwork created during the program.
• The academy reserves the right to feature student work in promotional materials.
6. Workshop & Event Policy
• Advance registration is required for workshops and events.
• Fees are non-refundable unless the workshop is canceled by the academy.
• Materials provided during workshops are for in-session use only unless otherwise specified.
7. Health & Safety Policy
• The academy ensures a safe environment for students and staff.
• Students must notify the management of any medical conditions or allergies prior to enrollment.
• First-aid assistance is available on-site.
8. Equipment & Materials Policy
• Shared equipment and materials must be returned in good condition after use.
• Personal materials brought by students must be labeled and kept secure. The
academy is not responsible for lost items.
9. Photography & Media Policy
• Photography and videography may take place during classes and events for promotional purposes.
• Students must inform the academy in writing if they do not wish to be photographed.
10. Refund Policy
• Fees are non-refundable unless a course is canceled by the academy.
• In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund or a credit toward another course.
11. Disciplinary Policy
• Any violation of academy policies may result in suspension or dismissal without a refund.
• Decisions by the academy management regarding disciplinary actions are final.
