Students with unpaid dues may be restricted from attending classes, denied LMS access, or withheld from receiving certificates.
Regular attendance is required to successfully complete the program.
The Academy is not responsible for missed classes.
Makeup classes are not guaranteed.
Some courses require mandatory attendance for studio work, critiques, or final projects.
The Academy reserves the right to modify course outlines, change schedules, replace instructors, or shift classes online/hybrid if needed.
Recorded lectures are available for a limited time.
Sharing or downloading restricted LMS content is prohibited.
Students may not distribute academy videos, assignments, or materials.
Students must follow all safety guidelines in studios.
Any damage due to negligence must be compensated by the student.
The Academy is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
The Academy may photograph or showcase student work for marketing, exhibitions, social media, or website use.
Students must behave respectfully, follow rules, and avoid misconduct.
The Academy may withdraw a student for misconduct without refund.
Certificates are awarded only to students who complete required hours, submit projects, and clear dues.
The Academy owns course outlines, videos, and teaching materials.
Students own their original artwork and portfolio pieces.
The Academy does not guarantee job placement or income after course completion.
The Academy is not responsible for injuries, loss of items, or technical failures during online classes.
The Academy collects basic information to process admissions and improve services.
Personal data will not be shared except when legally required.
