By enrolling in any course, bootcamp, workshop, diploma, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

The Academy provides educational programs, workshops, diplomas, and bootcamps.

The Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website or services means you accept any updated terms.

2. Enrollment & Registration

Admission is confirmed only after fee payment (full or installment-based).

The Academy has the right to accept or reject any admission application.

For diplomas, an interview or assessment may be required.

Students must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Fees, Payments & Refunds

3.1 Payment Terms

Fees must be paid according to the schedule announced at the time of admission.

Late fee charges may apply for overdue payments.

Monthly installment students must pay their installment before the due date to continue classes.

3.2 Refund Policy

All fees paid are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances.

This applies to:

  • Course fees
  • Registration/admission fees
  • Installments
  • Material/equipment fees
  • Online, on-campus, and hybrid programs

Once a student has secured a seat, no refund, partial refund, or fee reversal will be issued.

3.3 Transfers & Freezes

Course transfer or session freeze requests may be considered ONLY if approved by the administration and may include additional charges.

The Academy is not obligated to offer transfers or make-ups unless stated in writing.

Transfer between online and on-campus batches is not allowed.

3.4 Non-Payment

Students with unpaid dues may be restricted from attending classes, denied LMS access, or withheld from receiving certificates.

4. Attendance & Participation

Regular attendance is required to successfully complete the program.

The Academy is not responsible for missed classes.

Makeup classes are not guaranteed.

Some courses require mandatory attendance for studio work, critiques, or final projects.

5. Course Content, Schedule & Faculty

The Academy reserves the right to modify course outlines, change schedules, replace instructors, or shift classes online/hybrid if needed.

6. Recordings, LMS Access & Digital Content

Recorded lectures are available for a limited time.

Sharing or downloading restricted LMS content is prohibited.

Students may not distribute academy videos, assignments, or materials.

7. Studio, Equipment & Safety

Students must follow all safety guidelines in studios.

Any damage due to negligence must be compensated by the student.

The Academy is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

8. Use of Student Work

The Academy may photograph or showcase student work for marketing, exhibitions, social media, or website use.

9. Code of Conduct

Students must behave respectfully, follow rules, and avoid misconduct.

The Academy may withdraw a student for misconduct without refund.

10. Certificates & Completion Requirements

Certificates are awarded only to students who complete required hours, submit projects, and clear dues.

11. Intellectual Property

The Academy owns course outlines, videos, and teaching materials.

Students own their original artwork and portfolio pieces.

12. Disclaimers

The Academy does not guarantee job placement or income after course completion.

13. Liability

The Academy is not responsible for injuries, loss of items, or technical failures during online classes.

14. Privacy Policy

The Academy collects basic information to process admissions and improve services.

Personal data will not be shared except when legally required.

Students agree to receive updates and announcements.
